“Although I do enjoy my Lexington Pit Boss, I do not like having to deal with the company.  7 months into using it, I started getting the 'Err' on my display.  I tried to contact Pit Boss by phone and after waiting 45 minutes I hung up.  On two other occasions I tried to call them for warranty work as well and never was connected to a rep.  I then went on to going online for troubleshooting tips.  I found a video of a person troubleshooting whether it was the fan or control panel and followed their instructions.  It definitely pointed to the control panel. I again tried to call Pit Boss and bo answer, I sent 2 emails to their email address and never heard anything back from them. I decided I was already in this thing so went on Amazon and the next morning had a control panel and was able to smoke wings that evening.  Their customer service and warranty repairs department are horrible.  5 year warranty onit but already having issues with in in the first 7 months.  It's not neglected either as it's covered once it cools down.. 8 out of ten when it works, 2 out of 10 for support and customer service.”
