Eufy X10 Pro Omni vs Roborock S8+

“Personally, I would get a pair of Roborock S8+s with the self emptying docks because nothing else currently made can vacuum rugs and carpets nearly as well. Then I would get a decent midrange model with spinning mops with an extending side brush and an extending rear mop and an automated dock to do all the mopping. I do not think any single, currently manufactured robovac can get a house as clean as this combination. A single Roborock S8+ and any midrange model with the features listed above is the best solution possible right now, and this combo would cost about half as much as one of the new top of the line models that would not vacuum nearly as well.”

“You can't compare mopping once to the robot doing the same thing, the benefit is that the robot can mop more often than you can/will want to. I run my Eufy X10 every second day and the floors are as clean as if I mopped manually. Now it's still worth mopping/vacuuming every now and then as there are always going to be areas that are missed by these robots but it's a small price to pay for convenience.”
