Eufy L60 vs Roborock S8+

“Personally, I would get a pair of Roborock S8+s with the self emptying docks because nothing else currently made can vacuum rugs and carpets nearly as well. Then I would get a decent midrange model with spinning mops with an extending side brush and an extending rear mop and an automated dock to do all the mopping. I do not think any single, currently manufactured robovac can get a house as clean as this combination. A single Roborock S8+ and any midrange model with the features listed above is the best solution possible right now, and this combo would cost about half as much as one of the new top of the line models that would not vacuum nearly as well.”

“I have 3 cats and 2 dogs, so I did a fair bit of research on what robo vacuum to buy. Pet hair should be pretty easy for most robo vacuums, even the cheaper ones. It also depends on whether your floor is carpet or tiles/wood. If you have carpets then something like the Eufy L60 is great. My Mom has one which she uses every day and it does a good job sucking up all the dog hair. It will map out your floor plan and has powerful suction. And it only costs $399 which is pretty cheap compared to some other robo vacuums with similar stats. If you have hard floors like tiles, wood, or laminate then I would 100% recommend something that can vacuum as well as mop. I have tiles and went for the Roborock S8, because of all the good reviews and I love it. I put it on every day to get rid of all the dust and pet hair and it gets rid of about 99%. I also like that it auto empties the dirty water and refills by itself so it's very low maintenance. It's not cheap at $1,399 but in the long run it's well worth the money and such a time saver not having to vacuum and mop the floors every day. So yeah, if you have carpets I would recommend the Eufy L60, and if you have hard floors then the Roborock S8 for sure.”
