This being the case unfortunately you are experiencing a "skill issue", as most Baristas aren't 'ejecting milk' everywhere. Milk steaming is tough, it takes some practice and patience. Turn it up and get cracking. Or if you enjoy your milk being mixed with a good portion of boiler water just keep on keeping on.”

I'd say get a breville bambino (or bambino plus if you will mostly be drinking lattes) and a turin df54 or df64 grinder. That combo would probably be around the same price. The grinder will take a few weeks to be delivered so keep that in mind. Happy espresso-ing!”
