“Just want to say that this is a very well thought out review. I have a Stagg EKG, and while the kettle pours nicely it's poorly constructed and the design flaws, lack of repairability, and lack of respect for the enthusiast community you mention are spot on. The knob in particular is a very common point of failure that Fellow has never really addressed properly. Ode is a good value grinder but I don't have confidence in the longevity of Fellow products, so I looked elsewhere. ”
