+20 pts“I had issues with two Avocado mattresses. Severe sagging on both mattresses. I upgraded my second mattress to the luxury plus thinking that it’s thicker and more durable (🤷♀️)but I was wrong. Getting them to approve the first warranty issue was a challenge and I really feel like me asking about upgrading is the only reason it was approved. Oh! And the real crazy thing is they told me that because I had filed a warranty claim and the first mattress was replaced they told me the second mattress had no warranty. I will not waste my money with them again.”
