“No, not a brat at all--this is a premium product and it should have quality fit/finishing, and that lid doesn't meet the standard that it should. That imperfection will make it more of a pain to clean and probably could even be rough on skin. I had a good experience with Zwilling customer service and I think they will make this right.”
