“Be careful though with dishwashing, it really depends on what type of washing programs you use and the cleaning detergent. I had really nice Demeyere Apollo's and de Buyer Affinitys which unsealed edges were good until I got a new dishwasher and started using different detergent. I think the long and hot programs combined with rather cheap eco-friendly tabs destroyed the aluminium faster than I realised it was too late.”
