“Viberg Scout boot worn 2 to 3 times a week since late October. Seems terribly wrong that a $900 pair of boots would be in such condition at this point. Seeking recommendations on verbiage for an email to them, or action suggestions. I’m nervous as I’ve heard their customer service is horrible.
