+10 pts“I had a similar issue with my XE copy which had ridiculous side play. I returned it even though they claimed it was "within their standards" and bought a used copy on Ebay months later which had way better QC and almost no side play. When ordering my Outset AX wireless 4K they cancelled my order claiming "because I didn't like the XE side play on the buttons it would be similar with the Outset and so we'll cancel it to avoid any time or money lost between each other". I told them I had a used Wired outset that I was happy with and had no problem and informed them that as long as the QC matched that then I would have no problem. Long story short they apologised and let my order go through and luckily my copy is flawless. But their support has left a bad taste in my mouth. Think it will be the last time I buy something from them again, at least direct.”
