+5 pts“i got a vantrue e1 pro a couple weeks ago for my 2018 rav4. install was super easy, which was a big plus since i didn’t want to deal with a complicated setup. the 4k resolution makes a noticeable difference, especially for reading plates and street signs. night vision is solid too, way better than my old 1080p cam. parking mode works well, but you do need to hardwire it if you want full motion detection when the car is off. i had a shop do it since i wasn’t sure about messing with the fuse box. so far, no complaints. if you’re looking for something compact but still has great video quality, it’s a solid option.”
