+9 pts“I owned a pair of Infuse for about 30\~ days. The BoA housing is made of plastic... the BoA Cables are steel. The cables cut into the housing causing the BoA/Locking mechanism to get stuck. (Not sure if other brands have similar issue) My Foot was stuck...so I went to the mountain shop, they cut the cable so I could get my foot out, and replaced the cable for me so I could ride the follow couple days. Got stuck again... contacted Vans warranty...but they denied my claim since they said I "serviced" the boot myself. (So if this ever happens, it's better to just lie and say the boot broke and wait for a replacement, rather than tell them you tried to fix the issue first...
