“Seriously I was deceived by this product. Yeah the sound quality is good, but every other aspect is just terrible. The narrator voice is the worst I've heard, none of the plastics feel of high quality. The headset is insanely stiff and it just seemed really weird when I took it out of the packaging. The mic was actually compressed and hot garbage compared to my cheap vmoda boom pro. Compared to my vmoda crossfade 2 wireless, this headset is way worse in quality and functionality. So I'm trying to return the headset. And Audeze is a company that lists very expensive headphones on their store. Yet for their "return policy" they list: "The customer is responsible for return freight to Audeze using a shipping method with tracking, and we don't refund shipping costs or import duties/taxes." Honestly this company is absolutely so cheap considering just about every other company handles return shipping without an issue and makes it hassle free. I'm pissed that they make me pay for the shipping back to them after the headphones were postponed time and time again and I received a product I was totally disappointed with and misled by. What an absolutely trash company.”
