I previously had issues back there with itching, hemorrhoids, and a fissure that even though repaired occasionally caused minor burning. With the Tushy that is all in the past.â

+3 ptsâI have both the Tushy 3.0 ($129) and the Luxe Neo 120 ($38). I much prefer the Neo. The tushy shoots a smaller stream, and turning the dial up just changes intensity. Toggle switch has little adjustment front to back. Neo starts at a broader stream (think soaker on a garden hose nozzle) and when you turn it up it becomes more of the jet setting. So tushy has smaller hole and just changes intensity, while neo changes intensity by going from larger hole to smaller. I'm not sure if thats actually whats happening, or just how it feels on my bum. The only advantage I'd give the tushy is easy of install / clarity of installation instructions.â
