Many of my headphones do not have 3.5mm termination either, only 6.35mm SE or 4.4mm Balanced connections. In the case of the ATH-ADX5000 for example, there is only a 6.35mm cable, I'd have to use an adapter to connect to the Mini's 3.5mm port. Even then, its impedance is over 400 ohms.”
