tldr; 1000D Cordura EDC tank. Fits way more than it looks, supremely comfortable even loaded heavy. Great for 3-day travel.

Best praise vs top criticism for The Brown Buffalo Conceal Backpack
“This is the Brown Buffalo 19L conceal. The price tag is very steep and much more than I originally wanted to spend, but it fits what I wanted well. Pros: - Great materials - Good organization - Cords, Airpods, notebook, pens, whatever - Perfect spots for a water bottle, Nintendo Switch, and Switch Pro Controller all at once (Without the buttons getting pressed on the controller and having somewhat dedicated spots for each - was having a tough time with this) - Bag looks even better in person - very clean aesthetics Cons: - Not a big fan of the zipper pulls - one came loose. Replacing with some cheap ones from Etsy - Doesn't quite fit my 15.6" laptop in the dedicated laptop pouch (fits easily in the main backpack though) Overall - I love this pack. Had previously tried the Aer Flight Pack 2 and the Minaal Daily Bag.”
“I can't recommend it enough. Comfiest EDC pack I've ever worn, mine sits at about 22lbs fully stuffed for a work trip, I clip my hard hat to the outside. I have the gray/green so no external MOLLE though that is an option with different colorways. Clamshell opening, large top pocket perfect for accessories. Durable zippers. I keep my cables/power bank/electronics in a Condor T&T pouch that's loose in the main pocket. The sleeve fits my 16" laptop perfectly, and a couple folders in the second sleeve pocket. I never use the "conceal carry" pocket (I'm of the mind that if you're concealing keep it on your person), that's basically just them marketing to vets and "tacticool" people Less organization and definitely smaller than what you're looking for, but a great pack.”
