The elevated Ruck Plate pockets keep the weights from bouncing around the bottom of your bag, and lets you scale up to 75LBs of Ruck Plates (we recommend starting 20LB).
- BACK SUPPORT: Raised padding along the bottom of the Rucker provides ergonomic lumbar support that protects your spine and helps to brace your core. The back panel’s 210D Cordura fabric is smooth and moves with you instead of rubbing against your clothes. Closed-cell foam repels moisture to prevent sweat and rain from damaging your ruck. A built-in frame sheet adds structural integrity to your rucksack, and allows you to carry more weight comfortably.
