+1 pts“Hi, I have a pair of Sony Headphones (WH-CH520), and they will not for whatever reason connect to my **computer.** When I try to connect them to my computer, it says could not connect, connected (with no audio) or connected with audio (but produces no sound) or, once in a blue moon, it works for like \~30 minutes and then stops. I have a pair of earbuds that connect and work just fine, and my headphones connect to my phone fine too. I've tried restarting, factory resetting, "forgetting" my headphones on my bluetooth settings, restarting my computer, turning off and on bluetooth. Please help!”
