It's worth the investment for a good night's sleep. Truthfully it may be worth talking to your primary care or a sleep specialist to quantify a little more what you need and they can probably give you a much more solid recommendation. As for the reality check. It is always good to strive for personal wellbeing but you should also do it on your term and when you're ready to. If you throw yourself into diets or work out plans that make crazy promises you're likely going to lose hope and it's really better to just work at it over time which by nature will also extent your mattress longevity. Should you choose to make a step into personal fitness just keep in mind that everyone working out has a reason to be working out and no one really is judging or looking at you and you'd be shocked how supportive the fitness community can be when they see people trying to make change.
