The Flash has an emergency whistle and flint. If you get the Elite version of the Flash, it has a better blade steel, but if not, then the Phantom has better blade steel. For most people, I would think the Phantom is the more useful tool set. If you think he will really appreciate the whistle and flint, then go for the Flash.”
