tldr; The REP Fitness FB-5000 is a flat bench available with a wide pad and CleanGrip, though some find it less stable than other REP adjustable benches.

Best praise vs top criticism for REP Fitness FB-5000
“Started consistently lifting and home gym ownership around 2020 when COVID hit. Started out in a garage gym with a mindless assortment of Facebook Marketplace finds, then a decent Titan T3 6-post rack and DIY deadlift platforms, etc. Got tired of the Virginia summer sauna and winter igloo, so I turned my basement office space into a gym first chance I had. Stripped the old carpet and laid down all horse stall mats as flooring, and painted the walls and ceiling based on the wife's request. Bought mostly new equipment for the basement gym, but tried to be as budget concise as I had the sanity to. As you all know, a gym is never finished no matter how much money and effort one pours into it, so I'm open to suggestions. Perhaps my gym build can give some ideas, inspirations, or insights on what to do and what not to do for a home gym, lol... I own a lot of stuff from Fringe Sport, not affiliated in anyway (I wish I was lol), just think they provide a great mix of quality and value. Center piece is a Fringe Sport Dane 1.0 half rack expanded to a 6-post setup. Not the most popular choice, but very cost effective. MSRP is $2500, got it for \~$2k shipped during a sale. The 1-1 pulley ratio has limited but sufficient ROM for all cable movements that I do, and I get my dollars worth when doing lat-pulldowns and low rows from the heavy stacks. Expanding to 6-post also gives me a full power rack in the rear for bench, squat, and deadlift, while the wife can use the front half rack for her workouts and cable work. I use the strap safeties at low height for deadlifts so that I can be super quiet. Added the in-rack dip attachments from Rep and a landmine attachment. Also have a Fringe belt squat attachment for when my knees feel strained from squatting. Went with Rep for benches, great mix of quality and value. FB-5000 flat bench is affordable and super strong. The pad is similar to the Thompson fat pad and feels great! The AB-5200 adjustable bench is a tad heavy, but very strong and versatile. Also have a Titan GHD/Reverse-Hyper combo in the garage that I got from FB Marketplace for $300, just too bulky to fit in the basement. Great piece for the versatility, but it takes up almost as much floor space as a power rack... Healthy collection of barbells to include the Rep Sabre, Fringe Midas Revenge, Fringe Axle bar, and the Rep Open Trapbar. Got the Rep Sabre during a big sale for $180, great for mixed use and CrossFit type movements. The Fringe Midas Revenge bar was about $200 during a 1 day sale around Christmas, and a great general powerlifting bar: super quiet with the tight tolerances, perfectly aggressive knurling without too much pain, and looks gorgeous. Axle bar was cheap and just bought for grip training. The Rep Open Trapbar was bought when it first launched and has been nothing but wonderful!. My wife and I actually use it as a cambered squat bar regularly and it works great! Weight wise I went cheap, paid $1/lb for steel weights from Dick's spor”
