I reached out a week after they were delivered back to Rancourt and they told me they only process refunds once a month. Strange, but I can wait. Then six weeks went by and I followed up with multiple emails and phone calls and no one responded. I ended up having to do a credit card chargeback for my refund. They may be good shoes, but I won’t be buying from them again.”
