Best praise vs top criticism for Mountain Buggy Nano
“Once we bought a travel stroller we never went back. We already had a regular stroller and car seat so didn’t want to spend too much on a new one, so we got the Mountain Buggy nano when our daughter was 18 months old. She’s now 4.5 (and technically over the weight limit) but we still use it for big shop/outing days so she can relax if she gets tired. We’re expecting again and getting a bugaboo butterfly this time to use right from the newborn stage. Two reasons - 1. Our MB is finally showing signs of wear after being to a dozen countries (and likely from our daughter being over the weight limit and still using it). 2. It’s got the highest seat-back that I’ve found and I know I will use it till the kid is at least 5. We have a dog and go out for plenty of walks (around city terrain) and find that the travel stroller hold out just as well. All the fancy stroller systems would work better for you if you plan on hiking lots. If you go with a travel stroller, they’re compatible with most name brand capsules, and after 9-12 months you will need to buy a convertible car seat.”
