“I’ve burned through a couple Dysons and finally decided to try the Miele Complete C3 Cat & Dog after seeing it mentioned here a bunch. Didn’t expect to be that impressed but wow, it’s on a whole other level. The suction’s strong, it’s super quiet, and the bags actually last a lot longer than I thought. I was always in the bagless camp, but honestly I don’t miss dumping out the bin and getting dust everywhere. This thing just feels solid and way more thought out.”
“…not bull. If yours is leaking around the spout, I’d take it in for an inspection as something is amiss. I own a Sebo D4… friend of mine owns a C3 cat and dog… we have friendly debate over which is better, but neither one of us ever complain about leaking dust as it’s just not something either machine does. They’re both quality in that regard. That being said - I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again - Miele’s bag dock design is bunz overall… and a prime example of overthinking what should be simple. The user should *not* be allowed to shut the bag door if the bag is misaligned at all. The fact it’s so easy to *unknowingly* mess it up is terrible design. If the door is slammed shut without the bag being in the correct position, it can bend the dock itself or the hood on the underside of the door that goes into the bag… thus rendering the seal broken. Sebo’s bag docking system just works, without fuss, and is far simpler in nature.”
