Miele Complete C3 Brilliant

“I live in the area. Clean Freaks doesn’t service them, unfortunately, if they need serviced. I took mine to a dealer in Chandler, called A Cleaner Place. His website is called TheVacShack. He messed up my Miele Brilliant horribly and didn’t offer to correct it. I was already irritated with him because he never fixed my machine, but was happy to tell me it was fixed. When I got there, it wasn’t. Not at all. No attempt was made. Additionally, the bag was misaligned with the dirt deposit orifice, so within a day the bag compartment, motor, circuit board, etc was filled with dirt, dust, fur, etc. I had to ship it to a Miele dealer in New York to get it disassembled, washed, and put back together the right way. Since then, I have found a decent dealer in Edmond, called House of Vacuums. They sell Miele and Sebo models. After my frustration with the local dealer in Tulsa, who is now closed, and the one in Chandler, I bought a Sebo D4. I hated it, so I sold it less than a year later and bought an E3. Hated it as well, and decided to go back to the C3 despite the brand’s lack of service. I’m content with servicing them myself, but one shouldn’t have to do that when the machine is so expensive. Corporate support is hit and miss, but with Sebo it is excellent, good enough to make me want another Sebo despite the canisters being so frustrating to use.”
