Best praise vs top criticism for Logitech G Pro X Superlight
“The truth is there isn’t one single “greatest” gaming mouse of all time. That said, there are six mice that really stand out because they each changed the market in a big way: 1. Razer Boomslang The first real “gaming mouse.” This one started it all. 2. Microsoft Intellimouse You could go with the 1999 Explorer or the 2000 Optical here. Both were great mice with optical tracking and ergonomic design, making them years ahead of their time. 3. Razer DeathAdder This is the birth of one of the most popular and best selling gaming mice in history. A true icon. 4. Zowie EC Basically perfected the Intellimouse shape, which was already one of the best shapes ever. The EC series became the mouse for esports pros and remains a reliable choice even today. Simple, effective, and never lets you down. 5. Finalmouse I know a lot of people (myself included) don’t like Finalmouse as a company, but credit where it’s due. They were the ones who pushed lightweight gaming mice 2015 into the mainstream. The Ultralight Pro with its honeycomb/holes design was a big deal when it dropped, and it kicked off the whole “your mouse is too heavy. What a brick !” debate around 2018. And that gets me right to the last spot on this list. 6. Logitech G Pro X Superlight Took the lightweight trend Finalmouse started and perfected it. It’s insanely popular for a reason, dominating competitive gaming worldwide. These mice didn’t just sell well, they completely changed the industry and how we think about gaming mice”
“It's amazing how Razer listens to its consumers and Logitech refuse. Consumers: We want a lighter G305. Logitech: No, here's the G309, which can be lighter if you buy the Charging Pad. We also changed the shape! Consumers: We want a G703 Superlight. Logitech: No, here's the Dex. Meanwhile Razer is the opposite. Consumers: Hey, we like the DAV3 but the coating sucks. Razer: We noticed you liked the coating on the wired version, so we changed the scroll wheel encoder and coating on the smooth edition. Consumers: Hey, the DAV3 is slightly too big for me. Razer: Here's the DAV3 Hyperspeed, with the smooth touch coating and better mouse feet. Consumers: Synapse is bloated and awful. Razer: We hear you, here is a much lighter beta version you can test.”
