Keppi Bench 5000

“Here are some quick mini reviews of things in the gym. Hit me up if you have questions about anything. Glad to give back as this sub made buying gear way easier. Sorry I orginally formatted this to have the photos set within the reviews but the automod got cranky! **Power Rack: Titan X3 Flat Foot Paid \~650$** \-Not sure why anyone would buy anything else if you just need a basic rack. Overbuilt, fits everyone's add ons, and was near 400$ cheaper than the closest competitors. I like the flat foot and this thing is crazy stable. I used some cheat acrylic paint pens to add numbers and my pre-set safeties etc. Power Rack add on for weights: built with random crap from titan -So I didnt want to pay 400$ to turn this into a 6 post just to store weights... so I bought a scratch and dent T3 half rack conversion kit and was going to use that to add storage. What I got was a 4 t2 posts and some crossbars thrown into a box. They refunded me entirely (and very easily) and I was still able to still build the plate storage. Works 10/10. **Titan Wall mounted high/low pully \~230$** \- I don't do a lot of pulley exercises but wanted a way to do them now and then. This thing was cheap and it works fine. You ABSOLUTELY need to pull the pulleys apart and lube first. It would work like crap otherwise. With a belt squat belt this thing is PERFECT for calf raises. Kind of sucks for lat pulldowns due to angle and doing weird stuff to lock yourself down. I would say this thing is fine if you need something cheap but spending a bit more for one with an arm and way to mount accessories etc would be worth it. **DCC flag. If you know you know lol.** **Keppi 5000 FID bench- 300$** This thing is really nice for the price. It is a REP no gap clone. easy to assemble. Only complaint is the feet which are friction fit and not tight enough. You will need to glue them on or they rip off. A bit of epoxy fixes the issue 100%. Can also be a bit annoying to move when the foot attachment is on. Nothing is this nice in the price range. **Keppi 3000 -300$** This is not as nice as the 5000. It is basically the keppi 1000 but comes with a leg curl./extension and preacher pad attachment. neither of these attachments are great but the preacher pad is fine overall and I use it regularly without issue. The leg curl attachment was designed by a person who was confused by how legs work. Leg curls work OK but extensions are pointless unless you are short. Fortunately I bought this setup for my wife who is like 5'4 and this actually works OK for her, but most people will find the ROM unuseable. Generally I would say skip this version and get a 1000 if you just need a cheaper bench. The bench itself is good and for 200$ it is gtg. You will need to glue the feet here as well.
