Best praise vs top criticism for iRocker All-Around 11'
โThere are some good options right at the $700 CAD price point. The [Wild Tribe Naia 11'](https://www.inflatableboarder.com/the-wild-tribe-naia-11-isup-review/) is right at $700 (and a Canadian company). There are several other really good options right now in the $700-$800 range from iRocker (like the [All Around 11](https://www.inflatableboarder.com/irocker-all-around-11-review/)) and Sea Gods (like the [Skylla](https://www.inflatableboarder.com/sea-gods-skylla-cross-touring-review/)) (which are on a ridiculously good sale right now, come with a lifetime warranty, and are another Canadian brand). As far as sizing, anything in the 11-12' range and \~32" will be plenty stable and efficient for you. The Skylla would be my top recommendation for you if you can swing the extra cost (but it's still the cheapest that board has ever been). It's harder to find things in the lower end of your price range that truly warrant a recommendation. Many of the less expensive options available online are gambles on whether they will work for a long time, a year, a week, or even at all (I've seen some fail right out of the box).โ
โThat's going to make things a bit harder. 270 pounds, with 70 of it possibly moving around/jumping off, etc is hard to get by splitting the budget equally. However, I think you could do with the [Blackfin Model XL](https://www.inflatableboarder.com/blackfin-model-xl-review/) for you and pooch, and the [iRocker 11' All Around](https://www.inflatableboarder.com/irocker-all-around-11-review/) or [11' All Around Ultra](https://www.inflatableboarder.com/irocker-ultra-11-review/) for your partner. If you get the Ultra, then for river paddling I would recommend getting a set of the 4.5" iRocker side fins for it. They do fit the Ultra boards and are currently the only other fin option available for those boards. I don't recommend the Blackfin XL Ultra for you as it is not as rigid as the original Model XL. There are other boards that would work better for you and the dog, but they are more costly and wouldn't leave much budget for your partner.โ
