+23 pts“I ordered a Helix Midnight on Black Friday. Spent the next 90 days trying to make it work but just slept too hot. They did everything they could to help resolve the problem, even sent me one of their 200 dollar cooling mattress toppers for free but it only made a minimal difference. When my 90 days was almost up I contacted them and had my refund filed in under 5 minutes. Got a text from a third party company a couple days later and had the mattress picked up and donated by the end of that week. Helix even let me keep the topper, sheets, pillows and mattress protector for free. Can't say a bad word about my experience, just wanted to give them some recognition. Wish we coulda made it work but I appreciate the effort.”
