It doesn’t get used too often but when it does, it gets a workout. I have bought the flex edge paddle on Amazon and that’s all I use now. I believe mine was refurbished, I bought it from a kitchen outlet store that has since closed. If I had to buy another mixer, I may research Bosch, but I’d probably just go to Sam’s or Costco and get another kitchen aid”
