  • CARBON CLAD CONSTRUCTION – The only 3-ply carbon steel pan with an aluminum core for fast, even heating and a cooking surface that’s seasonable and naturally stick-resistant.
  • LIGHTEST CARBON STEEL PAN: Half the weight of traditional carbon steel, without sacrificing strength or durability.
  • EVEN HEATING PERFORMANCE: Aluminum core distributes heat evenly and fast, eliminating hot spots and ensuring consistent cooking results.
  • NATURALLY STICK-RESISTANT: The carbon steel surface becomes stick-resistant when seasoned, improving with use over time. No unnatural coatings - NO PTFE or PFOA
  • BUILT TO LAST A LIFETIME: Metal utensil safe and endlessly re-seasonable, never wears out, only gets better with time.

I think its a very slight warping. I own both the 24 and 32cm proline, and none of then are noticeablely warped, certainly not like this. However many brands including Made In, Matfer, and some Darto pans warps thier frypans like this or even worse stright from the factory production. This is done to prevent thier frypans from becoming a spinner, however Demeyere does not "prewarp" thier Proline frypans anyway near this much as seen here, so might be an factory error.
