“CozyPure is an excellent company and makes a superior quality mattress. I have mentioned before, superior quality does not always translate into superior comfort. It does indicate predictors of durability and longevity. While I dont have a CozyPure Mattress, just their pillows, they are dedicated to quality and customer service. Their toppers are excellent and the mattress materials are top quality in their class. Like another poster mentioned, it took a while for the mattress and the sleeper to adjust to the new mattress. This may be for several reasons, among them, it was a new material they were now sleeping on, a different firmness as to what they were used to, and possibly their old mattress was far enough gone, the transition was destined to take a little longer. Although, it seems to have settled in nicely for them. This is a primary reason why mattress companies want you to sleep on their mattress for a month or two, before jumping ship. Yes, sure, you may be in agony initially, but most were in agony considerably longer on their old beat up mattress before they pulled the trigger on their new one. So be patient. Different companies generally have more than one firmness option when it comes to latex. Most are getting their Dunlop from Sri Lanka, and Talalay from Global or Vita, so for the most part, no one has cornered the market in that area, other than to use different combinations of firmness for their builds. The best thing you can do it be honest with the manufacturer about your preferences and collaborate with them to build you a suitable mattress. CozyPure mattresses can be modified and refreshed, basically for as long as your want to keep it. SoL is preconstructed and you are locked in to a specific mattress or you have to exchange the entire mattress if not suitable. You could use SoL components and build your own, but consult with them first as they are experts with their own products and can advise you accordingly.”
