Best praise vs top criticism for Burton Lexa
“About the Lexa X, they are not fancy bindings. I find them reliable, comfort is no issue, and since I can vouch for them as a solid bindings. I like the idea of the Skatetech on the Conda and Jones bindings, but without first hand experience, I can't comment (online most people like it, but you do have people who don't). Also, perhaps make sure the store has a return policy (or if a physical store, check bring your boots). The first user review I see on Yes site is actually someone mentioning that it was too large for W's 5.5 Vans (even though it should be in spec). Might be boots dependent. The Lexa X is supposed to support boots from W's 4, should to be safe. I totally get you about the challenge you face. As you said riding technique will matter the most. That said, if you get the chance to demo (or borrow from someone) give the Jones W's Flagship a spin and see what you think of that board.”
“i hate them so much total waste of $1200 got the felix n lexa so horrible. theres no way to step in on powder or unless it's flat. had the biggest blister in my entire life from the boots. complete trash.”
