Expanding into wholesale with retailers like Target was originally a big step for us. It increased our brand exposure and made our mattresses more accessible, which was great. However, wholesale partnerships also created a lot of unforeseen challenges and frustrations for the customer, like the one you faced. Another common issue is bespoke SKUs, which are merely slight variations of existing models provided to the retailer, e.g., "Signature" or "Select" models.
