Most of the times the space under the seat in front of you has either infotainment system attached, the safety vest, or something else that’s obstructing the usable space. My 30L peak design travel backpack can fit no problem, but if the seat is blocked then it’s a no. 20L is a good size for me. I went with the bellroy venture ready because it’s lightweight and doesn’t have much padding as PD so it can be squeezed under the seat”
