Adventure Medical Kits Ultralight/Watertight .5

“I'm typically not a fan of pre-made kits in general, and most pre-made first-aid kits, especially are garbage. With that being said, Adventure Medical Kits is one of the few pre-made first aid kit brands I actually like. They have a variety of sizes, and based on your description, their Ultralight .5, Ultralight .7, or Hiker may be right up your alley. The .5 and .7 could fit in a large pocket, and the Hiker could fit well in any day pack. They are well stocked for off-the-shelf kits, and the contents are of good quality. If you want something off-the-shelf, "fire and forget" then those are what I'd recommend. They're affordable and will cover you for most normal, day-to-day injuries.”
