β€œIt's an awesome camera but yeah, overkill for your use case. With that being said, unless you're hurting for cash I'd have no buyer's remorse. We certainly don't need the latest and the greatest every year, but I wouldn't complain about having the latest and the greatest lol. You never know where your photography journey will take you, at least you know that the A7V would handle any journey you take though. I can see pre-capture being useful in portraits, lifestyle, and street photography too.”
