“The more budget friendly Q930 not getting any love is so weird when its such a good solution for many people. Don't get me wrong Q990 is great but q930 for smaller rooms can be even more optimal.”

“I’m gonna share how I handled it with my Q930D. I’m blessed with an apartment isolated with concrete between units. I warned both my neighbours downstairs and to the side about me getting a new home theater, waited for a friday evening when they weren’t busy and everything was quiet. Then I calibrated the whole thing and played a few tests scenes, some PS5’s Returnal and some electronic music (repetitive bass). I went over and asked if they heard anything, turned it down a notch until they said they could not (75db) and called it a day. Now I know at what volume I can safely use it even if it’s 2 AM. I did ask again just to be sure because I do watch movies and play games late at night.”
