Samsung HW-Q600C vs Samsung HW-Q930D

“I’m gonna share how I handled it with my Q930D. I’m blessed with an apartment isolated with concrete between units. I warned both my neighbours downstairs and to the side about me getting a new home theater, waited for a friday evening when they weren’t busy and everything was quiet. Then I calibrated the whole thing and played a few tests scenes, some PS5’s Returnal and some electronic music (repetitive bass). I went over and asked if they heard anything, turned it down a notch until they said they could not (75db) and called it a day. Now I know at what volume I can safely use it even if it’s 2 AM. I did ask again just to be sure because I do watch movies and play games late at night.”

“Sound quality yes Sennheiser wins. But the Samsung will be about 1/10th the cost and will give a better experience over all because of the rear speakers and the software actually works unlike Sennheiser's which can still be buggy. That being said Sennheiser's crown has fallen... The new Kef XIO is better and has rear speakers due in a future release.”
