“Exact same thing happened to me 2 weeks ago. I ordered two SVS pb2000 pros. They shipped FedEx and when they finally arrived, the boxes were in rough shape - FedEx attempted to put them back together again with packing tape. When I opened the boxes I was gutted to see that both subs were damaged. I ordered these through Audio Advice and the good news is they took care of it. I returned the damaged ones and they shipped another set to me. I completely agree with you, if I can avoid FedEx, I absolutely will from now on.”

“The ~$200 players are the UB420 and UB450. - The UB420 has the HDR optimizer, which is useful for pre-tonemapping HDR video to be played on a projector. - The UB450 has Dolby Vision support, which is useful for OLEDs and higher end LCD TVs. The ~$400 player is the UB820. It has both the HDR optimizer and Dolby Vision. It's pretty much the best mass market Blu-ray player you can buy before you get into kinda crazy pricing. The $1000 player is the UB9000. It is basically a UB820 with a metal chassis, nicer remote, and quieter motor. It also has a nicer DAC built-in if you're using the analog outputs for some reason.”
