+13 ptsβI'd return it to Amazon. Unless things have changed, Rockwell will not honor their lifetime warranty if the razor was purchased through a third party vendor. Also, as an ex-Rockwell 6s user myself, I would like to amplify the advice above about getting a Razorock instead. My Gamechanger is is better than my 6s in every metric that matters, and did it for half of what my 6s cost.β

+9 ptsβFirst of all, if it's the R89 you got, it's really hard to cut yourself with it. It's smooth and mild. At least I haven't been able to, even during sloppy use. Sooooo nervous at first, but it's really gentle. Use a light touch, let the weight of the razor do the job. Everyone's hair growth is an adventure in itself, you never know which way it grows. You'll have to learn where your individual with or against the grain directions are.β
