“I'd return it to Amazon. Unless things have changed, Rockwell will not honor their lifetime warranty if the razor was purchased through a third party vendor. Also, as an ex-Rockwell 6s user myself, I would like to amplify the advice above about getting a Razorock instead. My Gamechanger is is better than my 6s in every metric that matters, and did it for half of what my 6s cost.”

Some good options to explore: RazoRock’s Game Changer line (and others), Edwin Jagger 3One6, Mühle Rocca, Rockwell 6S, or even some excellent Chinese-made stainless models on AliExpress like DSCosmetic’s D and S lines, or Yintal’s LiveBen V7 and 3/5-side-cap designs.
