I’ve seen the most inflated so far today, though I suspect there have been even more outrageous examples. Try a Slim for the equivalent of $551 not including postage. It’s just a regular 1963 I4 Slim. I paid the equivalent of $40 for mine 14 months ago in similar condition and that included postage!”

Like most mid-priced razors (except the FaTip, which is full brass), they use a zamak/zinc-alloy head. That’s not the most durable material, but with proper care, it can easily last a decade—or even a lifetime.
