Personally I would suggest looking at garmin (vivoactive 5 or 6 or forerunner 165 music are best current entry options due to good battery life and the abiltiy to load on your own MP3s (they also do a couple of other formats) and or offline playlists from subscirption services (assuming prepared to pay sub - can use amazon music, spotify, deezer or youtube music). There are also options where you can load MP3s (only) on some models from amazfit, coros, polar, suunto and huawei - so if you are ok with you own MP3s only might be worth looking at some of these options. If prepared to go for less battery life and have an android phone, then can maybe look at the ticwatch atlas / enduro and the oneplus watch 3 - these offer your own music and subscription services for offline playlists (same as garmin and other alternatives).”

Also check out pin connector vs wireless charging, Garmins tend to have a problem with that. On the other hand, if you like smaller watches, Garmin is for you but also keep in mind that smaller watch comes with a smaller screen.”
