I tend to not recommend my personal favorite products first as other people are not the same as me. That's why it's broken into different categories. The pc38x will be a better headset over the Penrose when it comes to pure sound, so you made a safe bet.

After Covid 19 I don't know what Koss did in Europe with distributors but a ton of their catalogue is missing, Koss KSC75 is not even sold directly from Amazon so it went from 19.99 to 30€ with external sellers and the one sold by Amazon also became 30% more expensive. The super interesting new Clear line up is litetally impossible to get here unless it's from them but the shipping cost more than a lot of their headphones :(
