Find one you like and use it. This is assuming you either have a Cat5e/Cat6 cable at your doorbell, which is becoming more common with newer homes, at least in the US. If you don't, a WiFi doorbell camera is the next best thing, as long as it's not a camera that can only use cloud storage like Ring, Google/Nest, etc. Most manufacturers that make PoE doorbells also make a WiFi version.”
