If price isn’t an issue, do all clad copper core. It’s $1200 for the set, but it’s worth it to have good pots and pans. Genuinely the heat control will take you to the next level. If price is actually an issue, I prefer the All clads D5 over the D3. D5 is going to be more even heat distribution, buts it’s really not that different from D3, except D5 takes longer to get to hear. I also find that it reacts better to changing heat when putting in food.

What on earth did you do to the inside?? I have had a full copper core set for a decade that has fewer scratches!

The fit and finish on the nanobond is gorgeous, love the flat rivets. Getting the saucier was a smart move.

I own three. They're overpriced, though they look nice. For 350 euros for a Saucier, you would be better off buying Falk at 2/3 the price. Heats more evenly, more responsive, holds heat much better. If looks is your primary concern, then the Nanobond fry pan is absolutely beautiful.
