“The Swift Go is great value for money but the battery life and build quality isn't. It can get really hot sometimes and the fan is really loud. This is all based of reviews I've watched. You don't need a gaming laptop exactly as it's less ideal because it's, heavier, worse battery life and bulky. If I were you, I'd buy a small cheap laptop that can run programming/coding and then buy a nicer PC that can run games. I would recommend finding a better laptop instead of the Swift Go as the build quality alone isn't good and can lead to issues. I bought the HP Pavilion Plus 14 inch with Ryzen 7 chip but's it's expensive but far better everything to the Acer Swift Go and slightly less to a Macbook. What Acer Swift Go model are you planning on buying? There's various models. Also what country are you from?”

“Seems normal. Laptops tends to have bad cooling and your Yoga 9 prioritize thinness over cooling. Is it sitting flat on a table? Propping it up with bottle caps(or get a laptop stand that doesn't block the intake) will help a lot. Also, instead of utilization for each core, it's a lot more helpful to see CPU package power. If it's 40-50W or more when it hits 100C, then that's pretty normal. Of course, since it's new, you can always return it if not satisfied.”
