+2 pts“Yeah, but Scanwatch is really pretty bad. I used to get near perfect scores when I know I was awake for a huge chunk of the night as long as I didn't move around too much. As an ex Scanwatch owner, now with a PW2 l, Fitbit is head and shoulders above. I'm sure Apple Watch is too. No subscription with Apple Watch, I believe. No need to pay the Fitbit subscription to get a good breakdown of sleep. The subscription is really about training recommendations/videos, some stress management stuff (not much use imo) and some really not necessary sleep stuff, like your sleep animal(!)”
