tldr; HEB's rebranded option, actually made by Victoria. Some prefer it over Lodge. Good budget alternative.

Best praise vs top criticism for Victoria Cast Iron Skillet 12-Inch
“I have a 12 inch Victoria skillet. I love the form factor of the handles. I took a sanding disk to mine when I first got it and it’s just a pleasure to use. Funny story. My gf and and I got in a fight a while ago and without me knowing she grabbed my Victoria pan and walked down to the lake with the intention of throwing it in the lake. Well she succeeded but as she threw it her finger got caught in the handle and fractured it. The pan only suffered some surface rust.”
“Lodge can bite me! Absolutely trash product now and don’t get me started on customer service. I’ve gone to Victoria Cast Iron. Same price range and the products are much better. Lodge Enameled Cast Iron is also inferior and rusts, the USA version and the Made in China version both had problems. Lodge is no longer the standard their quality control sucks.”
